General FAQ
1 How can I get a quote?
We can send you an estimated quote based on your window or product size. You can simply give us a call or leave us a message. However, for a specific quote, we’ll need to conduct an on-site measurement first.
2 Do you charge for on-site measurement?
For blinds, drapes, and awning products, we do not charge for the trip. However, if you require repairs for windows, blinds, or drapes, there may be a trip charge. This fee will be included in the final payment if you choose to proceed with the repair.
3 How long will it take from order to installation?
Due to our tight schedule, we recommend a waiting period of three to four business weeks from payment to installation. The exact time may vary depending on current orders, as all our products are customized. If you’re looking for items that are available right away, feel free to visit our shop!
4 How is the payment structured?
Once you approve the quote and agreement we send you, we will require 50% of the order payment upfront. The final payment will be due three days after the installation.
5 Can I customize my window coverings?
Sure! We offer customization options for most of our products, including fabric choices, sizes, and styles. Just let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll help make it happen.
6 How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website or feel free to contact us for assistance. We’re happy to help you find the perfect window coverings for your space!
7 Do you offer shipping and delivery services?
We offer door-to-door delivery in the following areas:
- Vancouver
- Burnaby
- Surrey
- Richmond
- Coquitlam
For regions outside these areas, we ship goods via mail to ensure everyone can enjoy our quality products.
Warranty & Return Policy
1 Warranty Policy
In support of the policy of consumer satisfaction, Perfect Decor offers the following limited warranty for the time period from the date of purchase.
- Drapes & blinds residential retail product: 5 year.
- Installation service: 1 year.
- Repair services: 90 days.
- Commercial and contract product: 1 year.
- Window & door screen: 1 year.
- To learn your warranty period covered under certain product/service category, refer to your specific order agreement;
- Products are covered for defects in materials, workmanship or failure to operate extended to the original retail purchaser who owns the product.
- The warranty shall not apply to: 1. Any conditions caused by normal wear and tear; 2. Abuse, accidents, misuse or alterations to the product; 3. Exposure to the elements (sun damage, wind, water/moisture) or discoloration or fading over time; 4. Failure to follow our instructions with respect to measurement, proper installation, cleaning or maintenance;
- Proof of purchase and purchase date must be presented together with this certificate to obtain warranty service.
- The limitations of liability in this limited warranty shall apply regardless of whether Perfect Décor has breached a warranty or condition of sale, has been negligent in any way, or has committed any other wrong.
- Perfect Décor Inc reserves the right to explanation and modification of this warranty content at any time without prior notice.
2 Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry! You can return unused and resalable products for a full refund or exchange (Restocking fee might apply).
Return Requirements:
- All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories.
- If any accessories are missing, a charge for their actual replacement cost will be applied.
- For returns shipped via mail, shipping fees will be your responsibility.
