General FAQ

1 How can I get a quote?

We can send you an estimated quote based on your window or product size. You can simply give us a call or leave us a message. However, for a specific quote, we’ll need to conduct an on-site measurement first.

For blinds, drapes, and awning products, we do not charge for the trip. However, if you require repairs for windows, blinds, or drapes, there may be a trip charge. This fee will be included in the final payment if you choose to proceed with the repair.

Due to our tight schedule, we recommend a waiting period of three to four business weeks from payment to installation. The exact time may vary depending on current orders, as all our products are customized. If you’re looking for items that are available right away, feel free to visit our shop!

Once you approve the quote and agreement we send you, we will require 50% of the order payment upfront. The final payment will be due three days after the installation.

Sure! We offer customization options for most of our products, including fabric choices, sizes, and styles. Just let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll help make it happen.

Shipping & Return Policy

1 Delivery Areas

We offer door-to-door delivery in the following areas:

  • Vancouver
  • Burnaby
  • Surrey
  • Richmond
  • Coquitlam

For regions outside these areas, we ship goods via mail to ensure everyone can enjoy our quality products.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry! You can return unused and resalable products for a full refund or exchange. We want you to love your window coverings!

To ensure a smooth return process, please keep the following in mind:

  • All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories.
  • If any accessories are missing, a charge for their actual replacement cost will be applied.
  • For returns shipped via mail, shipping fees will be your responsibility.

Please note that certain orders cannot be returned:

  • Custom Orders
  • Special Orders
  • Close-Out Orders
