1️⃣ Window Treatment Installer
What You’ll Do:
- Install drapery, blinds, roller shades, and motorized window coverings
- Perform basic repairs (training provided)
- Communicate with customers to ensure a smooth installation experience
- Coordinate with the team for residential & commercial projects
Skills & Competencies:
- Installation/handyman experience preferred (training provided)
- Good with tools, detail-oriented, hands-on
- Mandarin/Cantonese required; basic English a plus

2️⃣ Sales Consultant
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct in-home consultations: measure windows, discuss design options, and recommend products.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and design suggestions tailored to client needs.
- Educate clients on product benefits, fabrics, and motorized options.
- Work closely with production and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain the showroom, products, and inventory clean and organized.
- Handle all products with care to avoid damage.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience preferred; interest in design/home décor a plus
- Strong English; Mandarin/Cantonese an asset
- Confident communicator, detail-oriented, and service-driven
- Comfortable with MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint)
